Q. What is the Ticket Cricket?

Q. Can the Ticket Cricket beat my ticket?
A. Q. Do I have to go to court?
A. Usually, you do not have to go to court. The Ticket Cricket’s lawyers will appear in court for you and argue on your behalf.
   
Q. If I hire the Ticket Cricket, do I still have to pay my ticket?
A. You do not have to pay your ticket immediately upon hiring the Ticket Cricket.  When you hire us, we will request a court date and fight your ticket on your behalf.  At the conclusion of the case, it is possible that the court will order you to pay court costs, but this is usually far less than the amount of the ticket, and usually will not result in points being assessed against your license.  In many cases, we are able to get your ticket dismissed entirely, meaning no further cost to you.
   
Q. Can I opt to attend traffic school instead?
A. If you have not opted to attend traffic school in the last twelve (12) months, and you have not already done so five (5) times in the past, you may be eligible to attend traffic school to avoid having points assessed against your license.  However, you will still have to pay most of the ticket, and traffic school will appear on your permanent driving record, possibly resulting in an insurance hike once your insurer discovers it.
   
Q. What happens if I just pay my ticket?
A. Depending upon the charge, paying a traffic ticket is very expensive and can result in points being assessed against your license.  This generally means much higher insurance premiums, and can also cause the suspension of your driver’s license.  The Ticket Cricket can help you avoid these consequences by taking your case to court and arguing on your behalf.
   
Q. My license was suspended a long time ago. Can the Ticket Cricket help?
A. Depending upon the reason for your suspension, the Ticket Cricket may be able to help you reinstate your license and get you back on the road.  Many license suspensions can be lifted by simply paying a fee and notifying the proper agency.
   
Q. I received a DUI. Can the Ticket Cricket help?
A. Yes, the Ticket Cricket can help you fight your DUI.  DUI is a criminal charge with very serious consequences and tight deadlines, so it is imperative that you contact an attorney right away after being cited or arrested.  If you received a DUI, do not hesitate.  Whether you contact the Ticket Cricket or another law firm, do so immediately, as you have precious few days to protect all of your rights.
